High School Coaches Contact Information and start dates for 2024-2025: Subject to change  Middle School Coaches Contact Information and start dates for 2024-2025: Subject to change In order to try-out/practice for any sport, you must have a current and complete physical (download and print) on file with the athletic department. You must also complete the acknowledgement form (download and print) Student's must first have their physical approved in the athletic office before they can tryout/practice.    NOTE: Do not just drop off a physical and acknowledgement form at the school. It must be handed directly to the athletic director or athletic secretary to be approved. This will avoid lost paperwork and untimely delays.

You do not need to print them except the acknowledgement form and player and parent/guardian contract which needs to be signed and turned in to the WWT athletic office.This is for the High School Only. Middle School student-athletes only need a physical. WWT Athletic Handbook   Read Only Concussion Form  Read Only Transportation Form (Permission by parent to travel to athletic event by automobile)  Read Only Student Participation Contract  Read Only Acknowledgement Form: Download and Print. This form must be signed by parent/guardian and student and turned in the WWT athletic office before a student can participate. Player and Parent/Guardian Contract Download and Print.
