Middle School Coaches Contact Information and start dates for 2024-2025: Subject to change
In order to try-out/practice for any sport, you must have a current and complete physical (download and print) on file with the athletic department. You must also complete the acknowledgement form (download and print) Student's must first have their physical approved in the athletic office before they can tryout/practice.
NOTE: Do not just drop off a physical and acknowledgement form at the school. It must be handed directly to the athletic director or athletic secretary to be approved. This will avoid lost paperwork and untimely delays.
