The current coach of the WNBA team Las Vegas Aces made headlines when she was given the largest contract of any player or coach in the league’s history of 1 million dollars a year. She played in the WNBA for 13 years where she averaged 13 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in 450 games. After her career, became a very highly regarded member of the Greg Popovich coaching tree as an assistant, where she became the first ever woman to be a full-time assistant in the four major American sports leagues. She remained at this position until signing the record breaking contract with the Las Vegas Aces.
